Copyright by GIZ Copyright by GIZ 2020年1月3日，德国国际合作机构“支持江苏低碳发展项目”支持的 “产能建筑/社区/城市研究” 项目与 “住房和城乡建设部”2019年科学技术计划国际合作项目 “中国产能建筑适宜性与可行性研究” 项目启动会在中国建筑科学研究院召开。该项目由GIZ江苏项目委托，住房和城乡建设部科技与产业化发展中心、中国建筑科学研究院、江苏省住房和城乡建设厅科技发展中心共同承担，将明确我国产能建筑、社区、城市的定义和技术指标体系，研究产能建筑、社区、城市的技术体系、关键技术及产业规模，提出促进中国产能建筑、社区、城市发展的政策建议及优先发展领域。 住建部标准定额司郭理桥副司长、国际合作处赵文花处长、中国建筑科学研究院环能院徐伟院长、德国国际合作机构江苏低碳发展项目主任胡其颖、亚太可持续能源研究中心Steivan Defilla副主任和项目组全体成员参加会议，徐伟院长致欢迎辞。
This online training will be conducted for employees of one of the biggest providers of waste management/environmental sanitation services in China – TusPark. The exact topic of the training will be decided at a later point.
The multiple-day online event will focus on the cradle-to-cradle concept and is expected to bring together representatives of the public and private sector, academia, local and international NGOs, foundations and think-tanks.

2019年，通过践行城市生活垃圾综合管理， IWM NAMA项目试点城市——苏州、蚌埠、泰安、西安和兰州共计减排492,505吨二氧化碳当量（与基线情景相比，基线情景为2015-2017年平均排放量），相当于10万量机动车一年的排放量或种植2.2万棵树。 Featured Photo © China IWM NSP 2019年11月，项目组织和带领项目专家团队，开展了第二次监测和评估调研活动。调研结果表明，各试点城市均实现一定量的温室气体减排，其中，蚌埠市新建和投运的城市生活垃圾焚烧设施的温室气体减排量对本监测期的减排量贡献最大。其他城市也陆续新建填埋气收集提纯设施、厨余垃圾/餐厨垃圾厌氧消化处理设施及适用于农贸市场垃圾的小型生化/堆肥处理设施，不断完善垃圾综合管理基础设施建设，健全城市生活垃圾综合管理网络。 查看详情

中德能源统计体系研讨会，版权：GIZ 导言: 中德气候伙伴关系（能源合作部分）项目组织了中德能源统计体系研讨会，邀请德国专家 提到能源转型，可能很多人不会想到能源统计体系，但就其意义来讲，能源统计体系是非常值得探讨的话题。评估现状、监测项目进展、做出预测、规划低碳能源系统以及制定政策均有赖于能源系统的广泛且可靠的数据基础，因此，一个完善的能源统计系统是能源转型的重要推动力。 2020年1月14日，中德气候伙伴关系（能源合作部分）在北京举办了中德能源统计体系研讨会。来自国家统计局能源统计司、研究机构及协会的代表参加了此次研讨会。在此次研讨会上发布了梳理与总结德国能源统计体系的研究报告，该报告主要分为以下几个部分：能源统计对于能源转型的重要性、能源统计体系的法律法规依据以及参与统计的机构，制作能源平衡统计表的过程以及采集数据的类型，德国能源平衡工作组的职能，能源统计体系中国家和地方层面的相互配合以及欧洲层面的作用和影响，能源统计体系与能源系统其他方面的相互关联，能源统计体系的优势和不足、发布和获取统计数据。 该报告由德国能源平衡工作组前主席、德国知名的能源统计专家汉斯-约阿希姆·茨敬博士（Dr. Hans-Joachim Ziesing）撰写，茨敬博士本人也出席此次研讨会并介绍了报告的主要内容。此外，德国能源和水行业协会的宏观经济部部长迈克尔·尼克尔先生（Michael Nickel）介绍了德国联邦能源和水行业协会的概况及其在能源统计中的发展历程、具体工作方法和作用。国家发改委能源研究所研究员胡润青介绍了中国可再生能源统计体系。在之后的讨论与环节，参会人员就中国及德国的能源统计体系展开了深入的讨论。

On June 12th, 2019, GIZ Proklima collaborated with the Chinese Ministry of Ecology and Environment’s International Environmental Cooperation Center and UNIDO to organize a one-day XPS workshop in Beijing, China.
