Description: Yixing Chen is the senior technical advisor to NDC Implementation Project under Sino-German Cooperation on Climate Change with focus on regional and sectoral mitigation and adaptation. Before joining GIZ, Mr. Chen had worked in a CDM consultancy company for 5 years and then worked as a GHG verifier in China’s top verification body for 10 years. He participated dozens of projects to support the establishment of national and provincial carbon emission trading systems. He was also an official member of Technical Advisory Body of International Civil Aviation Organization.
