CRR\u2019s case study details Xiamen\u2019s unique experience in building and financing an ecology-friendly and sustainable water system. The city has incorporated nature-based solutions to help water fulfill a natural cycle of storage, conservation, usage, and release, without waterlogging the area or disrupting the city.
