Inclusive, Green, Resilient – Together for a Sustainable City

Climate risks are unequally distributed, shaped by social structures and unevenly felt based on gender, occupation, physical and mental conditions. This study focuses on three vulnerable groups: people with disabilities, domestic workers and food delivery workers. Using questionnaires and interviews, it explores their real experiences amid extreme climate, identifying common institutional barriers and group-specific risks. It aims to raise policymakers’ awareness of marginalized communities’ climate vulnerability and encourage cross-sector efforts to build climate-resilient urban planning, construction and governance.
