Recommendations on Developing an Evaluation Index System for Low-Carbon Resilient City Construction in China

Authored by the National Centre for Climate Change Strategy and International Cooperation (NCSC), this report provides targeted recommendations for developing an evaluation index system that integrates the low-carbon resilient city concept into China’s territorial spatial planning system. The recommendations are based on a thorough review of China’s existing evaluation index systems for both resilient cities and low-carbon cities.
