After the review of the GIZ Jiangsu project, a number of amendments were further proposed, mainly including elaborating and analyzing the characteristics of hierarchical energy flow, the formulation of the plus-energy community/control index system classification, the content of policy recommendations, and the path of policy implementation. After online discussion and communication, the joint team made further adjustments to the report based on GIZ’s second review comments and submitted the revised draft at the end of August.
The next step of the research is to complete the final draft and organize the closing review.
