Description: Julia contributes to the implementation of the project Sino-German Cooperation on Climate Change (SGCCC) – NDC Implementation. She also supports the coordination and communication of IKI projects in China and serves as a gender focal point for the SGCCC. Before joining GIZ, she worked in a policy research center where she provided policy analysis regarding sustainability and the green transition to EU institutions. Julia holds a double master’s in International Relations from the University of Turin and Beijing Foreign Studies University.
