Description: Ms Cui Shuo is the technical advisor of NDC Implementation Project under Sino-German Cooperation on Climate Change. She graduated from the University of Tasmania with the Master of Finance degree. After she joint GIZ in 2018, she implemented several Sino-German cooperation projects under the develoPPP framework, areas covering climate, infrastructure, and healthcare.
