MEE drafted the Measures for the Administration of Legal Disclosure of Corporate Environmental Information and the Guidelines on the Form of Legal Disclosure of Corporate Environmental Information.
In order to regulate the activities of enterprises’ environmental information disclosure, MEE drafted the Measures for the Administration of Legal Disclosure of Corporate Environmental Information and the Guidelines on the Form of Legal Disclosure of Corporate Environmental Information and their drafting instructions.
These measures shall apply to the disclosure of environmental information by enterprises, the corresponding supervision and management, the construction of a mandatory disclosure system for environmental information and the sharing of information.
Enterprises shall disclose environmental information in a timely, truthful, accurate and complete manner, and the environmental information disclosed shall be concise, clear and understandable, and shall not contain false records, misleading statements or material omissions.
The department of ecology and environment, in conjunction with other supervising authorities, will strengthen the disclosure activities of enterprises’ environmental information.
