On 8 November 2019, GIZ’s Supporting Jiangsu Low Carbon Development project, together with the Changzhou Municipal Development and Reform Commission and the State GRID Changzhou Power Supply Company, held a forum on the smart energy internet. The forum focused on topics of energy internet status and prospects from both a Chinese and German perspective, as well as on technologies and best practices. More than 180 participants from relevant government departments, research centres and companies attended the forum and expressed their interest in these topics.
