GIZ’s Supporting Jiangsu Low Carbon Development project held a parallel event at the 12th Jiangsu International Green Building Conference. The theme of the event was Plus-Energy Building and Plus-Energy City Quarter. The aim was to promote policy development and cooperation in demonstration projects related to ‘Plus-Energy’. A signing ceremony was also held at the event venue. Ms Hu Qiying, Director of the Jiangsu Low Carbon Project, together with Director Zhang Yuefeng from the Science and Technology Development Centre of Jiangsu Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, signed the cooperation memorandum for the third phase of the project.
