福建、广东、天津三个区域碳交易试点公布了各自2020年度的配额分配方案。
根据生态黄金部发布的《（全国碳排放权管理办法（试行）》（征求意见稿），2019-2020年度已被碳试点覆盖的重点排放企业，将不再纳入相应年度的全国碳交易体系。
