2021年8月3日，中新社“中国焦点面对面”专访清华大学能源环境经济研究所所长、全国碳排放交易体系总体设计技术专家组负责人张希良教授。他介绍据测算，中国全经济尺度的边际减排成本约在7美元每吨，而全国碳市场碳价平均约8美元每吨，目前碳价已经高于边际减排成本，是一个有效的碳价。
