2023年6月7日，国家应对气候变化战略研究和国际合作中心组织了工业领域氧化亚氮减排合作项目的结题研讨会。该合作是“中德合作：碳交易，碳市场机制和减缓工业领域氧化亚氮排放”项目的一部分。
2023年3月27日，德国国际合作机构和国家气候合作中心线上成功联合举办“碳排放权交易市场MRV技术研讨会”。
2022年11月30日下午和12月1日下午，在生态环境部应对气候变化司的指导下，国家气候战略中心和德国国际合作机构（GIZ）以线上形式合作成功举办了工业领域氧化亚氮减排企业能力建设培训。
