In the afternoon of 28 December 2021, an experts team led by Mr CHEN Yuehua from the Jiangsu Department of Ecology and Environment and consisting of GIZ Jiangsu Project, Gongcheng New Materials Institute, and Liyang Institute of South East University, paid a field visit to Liyang for consultation. It was the Liyang Institute who introduced the conception of and approach to developing Liyang High Tech District into the smart dual carbon demonstration site. At the meeting, all experts delivered comments and suggestions. The GIZ Jiangsu Project will provide German expertise and best practices in regard of zero carbon industrial parks and plus energy areas.
