On November 21, 2022, GIZ Jiangsu Project held the second series forum on Low Carbon Networking in Nanjing. Mr. LAI Li, the Deputy Director of Jiangsu Strategy and Development Research Center was invited as the key speaker who presented the topic on low carbon product standard certification and identification system for Jiangsu Province. Mr. LAI introduced, in detail, the background and significance of the system, the progress of low carbon certification system at home and abroad, and the progress of low carbon certification mechanism in Jiangsu Province. The presentation also proposed suggestions for optimizing and improving the low carbon product certification mechanism in Jiangsu Province. Participants from low carbon related departments commented and discussed with the speaker on opportunities and challenges as well as specific implementation measures.
