Urban-Act区域项目启动会于3月24日圆满落幕。各参与国在会上达成一致意见，将共同致力于项目内容执行并在最大程度上增强项目在区域内的影响力。通过各参与国各级合作伙伴的支持和参与，Urban-Act项目有充分的信心在未来四年的项目执行期内实现所有项目目标，使项目执行圆满成功。
2023年3月27日，德国国际合作机构和国家气候合作中心线上成功联合举办“碳排放权交易市场MRV技术研讨会”。
2023年2月24日，由四川省生态环境厅、人民银行成都分行主办，中国环境科学学会气候投融资专业委员会、四川天府新区生态环境和城市管理局、四川联合环境交易所联合承办的 “四川省气候投融资能力提升会” 成功举行，本次会议得到了德国国际合作机构（GIZ）中德气候变化合作—气候伙伴关系项目的大力支持。
2022年11月10日上午（埃及时间），国家应对气候变化战略研究和国际合作中心和德国环境署（UBA）在埃及沙姆沙伊赫举行的《联合国气候变化框架公约》第二十七次缔约方大会（COP27） “中国角” 联合举办中德气候变化与可持续发展 “二轨” 对话边会。
2022年12月23日，由南开大学灾害风险管理与巨灾保险研究中心与北京师范大学灾害风险科学研究院共同举办了题为应对气候变化、“碳转型”风险的专题研讨会。
