The Sino-German Climate Partnership’s energy component has finalized publications on integrated energy concepts, which were developed by Chinese and German experts for the cities of Dunhuang (Gansu Province), Xintai (Shandong Province) and Jiaxing-Xiuzhou (Zhejiang Province) in the previous project phase. The concepts identified and analyzed each city’s specific geographic characteristics
A study tour focusing on soil monitoring and soil contamination prevention was organized by the SGEP project from May 05-11, with destinations in Germany and Switzerland. The Chinese delegation was led by Mr. Li Minglu, Division Director from the Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE) Soil Ecology and Environment Department.
